These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the participation in the Affiliate Program offered by Autoblogging.pro (“Company”). By participating in the Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below:

Enrollment:

1.1. To become an Affiliate, you must complete the online registration form on our website.

1.2. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application for Affiliate participation at its sole discretion.

1.3. Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate link and access to promotional materials.

Affiliate Responsibilities:

2.1. Affiliate agrees to promote Autoblogging.pro and its products/services in a lawful and ethical manner.

2.2. Affiliate shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices while promoting the Company.

2.3. Affiliate is responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Commissions:

3.1. Affiliate will earn a commission for each eligible sale made through their unique affiliate link.

3.2. Commission rates and payment terms will be outlined separately and may be subject to change at the Company’s discretion.

3.3. Commissions will be paid to the Affiliate based on the payment schedule agreed upon.

3.4. The commission is exclusively awarded to eligible affiliates solely on qualified purchases of subscriptions. No commission will be granted for top-up credits acquired within the autoblogging.pro application.

Affiliate Obligations:

4.1. Affiliate agrees not to engage in any activities that may negatively impact the Company’s reputation or brand.

4.2. Affiliate shall not make any false or misleading claims about the Company’s products/services.

4.3. Affiliate is responsible for the accuracy of their affiliate link and ensuring it is properly formatted and tracked.

Intellectual Property:

5.1. The Company grants Affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use its promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Company’s products/services.

5.2. Affiliate shall not modify, reproduce, or distribute any of the Company’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

Termination:

6.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party.

6.2. Upon termination, Affiliate must remove all affiliate links and cease using any Company intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability:

7.1. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

7.2. Affiliate acknowledges that the Company makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the results of participation in the Affiliate Program.

Modifications:

8.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

8.2. Affiliate will be notified of any changes to the Agreement, and continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law:

9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered.
